Veolia Intergrated Waste Management Facility:
Allard & Co completed flooring works to a large-scale waste management facility constructed to service a 25-year waste management contract. Interface carpet tiles were installed to the large open plan offices and Altro safety vinyl was fitted to the service areas. Allard & Co were able to work closely with the main contractors to ensure deadlines were met.
Mary Kay Cosmetics:
The majority of the work to this cosmetic firm in central London was completed using a heavy contract patterned loop pile carpet tile. To achieve a distinction between areas we used Karndean Luxry vinyl tile around the reception desk. These are very effective in breakout and reception areas.
Oxford Council:
Oxford council have recently undergone a full-scale refurbishment of their head offices at St Aldates. Allard & Co completed the flooring works throughout the building. The project was phased over 9 months and included intricate design work to several of the floors. By shaping the vinyl and using contrasting colours, walkways were clearly defined and areas were neatly separated.
Billfields of London:
The specification for this project was an easy clean product with low maintenance costs. By fitting a vinyl with a PU coating, the cost of initially polishing and sealing the floor was removed and the floor could be easily maintained.
